Job Description

Precision Management Insights, a sales and development firm, is looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to introduce Quantum Fiber to customers across Denver. The Customer Solutions Representative leads relaxed, sales conversations that focus on how high-speed fiber actually improves daily life, from faster downloads to crystal-clear video calls. As a connectivity consultant, you'll engage with customers to showcase how Quantum Fiber's internet packages can transform their internet experience. The sales you generate will come from your ability to make high-speed internet a necessity for every customer. By focusing on the speed and reliability of Quantum Fiber, the Customer Solutions Representative drives sales through genuine connections. Responsibilities of the Customer Solutions Representative Engage customers in approachable sales conversations that highlight how Quantum Fiber's symmetrical speeds solve everyday connectivity concerns. Learn each customer's online routines: streaming, gaming, and remote work, to recommend the most suitable no‑contract Quantum Fiber plan. Support customers through the sign‑up process, ensuring clarity around steps, timelines, and what to expect next. Break down fiber‑optic advantages without technical jargon, helping customers clearly see the value of upgrading. Build interest in Quantum Fiber by representing the brand and turning curiosity into meaningful sales conversations. Maintain customer satisfaction by checking in post‑installation and ensuring the service performs as promised. Qualifications of the Customer Solutions Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in customer solutions or sales is a plus, but not required. Team‑minded and willing to support shared sales goals across the territory. Comfortable using simple sales tools to help customers through the enrollment steps. Confident talking about how Quantum Fiber compares to what customers already use, without getting technical.
Pay:
$3,800.00 - $4,500.00 per month
