The Role:
Director of Sales & Ops Planning, Customer Service & Master Data is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing digital transformation and operational excellence across the supply chain. This role oversees outsourced customer service operations, data management governance, and corporate S&OP processes, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and inventory planning to meet business goals. The Director will support innovation, continuous improvement, and the deployment of advanced technologies to streamline planning and data governance. What You ll
Do:
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Manage the corporate S&OP process, including consensus forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization. Coordinate cross-functional alignment for new product introductions and packaging initiatives. Implement performance metrics and reporting to monitor adherence to plans. Strategic Leadership & Digital Transformation Oversee enterprise-wide initiatives to modernize supply chain planning and core data governance through advanced technologies. Evaluate, select, and implement advanced tools to optimize Demand and Supply Planning/S&OP activities and data governance. Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across all functions. Master Data Governance Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of master data across the product lifecycle. Oversee governance frameworks, tools, and training programs for effective data management. Publish product information to external reporting agencies as required. Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain key deliverables and performance benchmarks aligned with industry standards. Need:
Education:
Bachelor s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field; Master s degree preferred.
Experience:
12+ years in supply chain planning, customer service, and data governance; experience in S&OP and ERP systems.
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; solid analytical and communication skills.

Starting Salary Range:
$180,100-$225,300. The pay range listed represents the target hiring range for this position; however, the actual base pay offered to the best talent and fit for the posted role will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job‑related knowledge, qualifications and skills, relevant experience, geographical location and internal equity. Future compensation decisions for employees in this role will utilize the full pay range, not solely the typical hiring range. Compensation is adjusted based on the candidate s local labor market and may vary within this range.
