Your Impact:

Translate technical specs into competitive quotes and clear proposals. Maintain pipeline activity and track sales in CRM tools. Keep up with oil & gas industry trends to sharpen your edge.
Compensation & Perks:
$75K-$105K/year salary, hybrid setup, and clear promotion pathways.
Location & Schedule:
Hybrid Odessa, TX • Full-time with flexibility for client visits
Qualifications:
Background in industrial sales or estimating (oilfield preferred). CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency. Strong communication, math, and customer service skills. Familiarity with compressor systems a strong plus.
