Job Description

Position:

Professional Services Resident Location:

Morrisville, NC (Hybrid - 75% Remote)

Duration:

12+ Month Contract Required Qualifications Technical Expertise Proven experience supporting large enterprise customers in complex IT environments. Subject Matter Expert (SME) level knowledge of NetApp ONTAP .

Strong experience with:

Storage Area Networks (SAN) Network Attached Storage (NAS) NFS Backup and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions Virtualization platforms Kubernetes and containerized environments Automation & Scripting Hands-on experience with: Ansible Terraform PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages Professional Skills Strong customer-facing consulting and solution delivery experience. Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently. Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience with NetApp StorageGRID . Experience with NetApp Cloud Volumes ONTAP (CVO) . Knowledge of public cloud platforms and hybrid cloud architectures. Experience supporting multiple business units within large enterprise organizations. Professional Services or Resident Engineer experience in enterprise environments.
