Position Overview NorthAmCon LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in technical or industrial sales with training, mentorship, and support , while also offering the autonomy and earning potential experienced sales professionals expect. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers Identify and develop new customer relationships within target markets Present NorthAmCon products and solutions to customers, both in person and virtually Learn and communicate the value of 24V conveyor and material handling solutions Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and industry events Track customer activity and opportunities using CRM and reporting tools Collaborate with sales, marketing, and internal teams to support customer needs Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities Follow established sales processes while contributing new ideas and approaches Negotiate and support the closing of sales agreements Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to listen, learn, and build trust with customers Confidence presenting products or solutions to diverse audiences Organized and self‑motivated, with the ability to manage time independently Comfort using technology such as CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital communication tools Positive, growth‑oriented mindset Knowledge Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required Experience in outside sales, technical sales, or industrial markets is a plus Familiarity with manufacturing, material handling, automation, or related industries is helpful but not required Understanding of basic sales and marketing concepts Willingness to learn industry trends, products, and customer applications Candidates with limited direct experience will be supported through training and hands‑on learning. Experienced sales professionals are encouraged to bring their industry knowledge and best practices.
