Job description The Senior Associate is responsible for program and project-level execution support on a maximum of four accounts. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Keeps their teams on task for deliverables. Writes content, liaises with media, and has an active voice on client accounts. Informally coaches entry-level colleagues and begin to develop both client and people management skills. Understands INK's client markets and ramps up quickly on new ones. Participates in INK's professional development program to develop their communications expertise and gains insight into other marketing specializations. Embodies all of INK's values, particularly Energy (go the extra mile for our clients, colleagues, and craft), Effectiveness (results that matter), and Evolved (always learning and applying new knowledge). Sets and reaches goals and is coached through big and small challenges. Supports the communications team and reports to a Senior Manager- or Director-level colleague. Performs other related duties as required.
