Store Operations Specialist -

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support operational and technical store system projects for a leading retail organization. Our team values individuals who can ensure business needs are met by collaborating across departments and providing hands-on procedural and analytical support for store technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with cross-functional project teams to assess, design, develop, pilot, implement, and evaluate store systems. Act as a liaison between IT and Store/Field Operations, providing problem solving, procedural, and technical support for all store systems, including POS, Cash Office, Inventory Management, Markdowns, and Back Office systems. Prepare and present data and information on projects and operational changes; follow up on day-to-day technical support needs to ensure business objectives are met. Conduct store visits once every one to two weeks for onsite assessments of technology and support the right sizing of IT hardware.
Required:
1-5 years of relevant experience in providing problem solving, procedural, and technical support for store systems from a retail management or technology background. Intermediate proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to serve as an operational business consultant to regional/zone offices and participate in the evaluation and development of processes or systems. Strong skills in supporting and evaluating store system applications and facilitating ongoing meetings to discuss project issues and technical support processes.
