is seeking a high-impact, technically versatile Technical Sales Specialist & Installer to join our team in Sharonville. This is a unique, hands-on role designed for a field-ready technical specialist who can bridge the gap between technical sales support, simple facility layouts, and large-scale equipment installations. As the primary technical resource for our installed product lines, you will support projects through their lifecycle—from reviewing site layouts and customer requirements to leading hands-on installation and final inspection at the customer's facility.
What You Will Do Field Installation & Leadership:

Quoting Support:
Review facility layouts to support the sales process. You will review building surveys and work directly with our sales team, customers, contractors, and architects to communicate our equipment requirements.
Product & Technical Support:
Support sustaining product needs by investigating field/part issues, maintaining technical documentation (BOMs, assembly manuals, ECNs), and managing supplier follow-ups.
Sales Partnership:
Serve as the technical backbone for our field sales team, providing product knowledge, checking site specifications (voltage, concrete, structural supports), and answering complex technical questions to help close deals.
What We Are Looking For Hands-On Technical Expertise:
5+ years of practical field experience with equipment installation, electro-mechanical systems, workshop electrical setups, or rigging/concrete trades.
Layout Capability:
Ability to generate basic facility layouts and shop drawings for sales quotes (experience with Autodesk Fusion, or similar software is a plus ).
Road Warrior Mentality:
You prefer a mix of office coordination and active field work. Requires up to 50% travel to national project sites, customer facilities, and occasional supplier meetings.
Physical Capability & Leadership:
A calm, organized demeanor when directing contractors. Comfortable performing active physical labor on-site, including operating telehandlers and occasionally lifting up to 85 lbs.
Education/Background:
Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical hands-on experience in industrial technology, mechanical trades, or equipment installation.
Benefits & Perks Employment:
Competitive Salary & Full-time, stable employment.
Comprehensive Benefits:
