Are you ready to build a career in medical device sales while making a meaningful impact? As an Associate Sales Representative supporting our Trauma business in Dayton, Ohio, you will gain hands on experience in the operating room, develop technical expertise, and play a key role in supporting surgeons and healthcare teams across your territory.
What will you be doing?
Supporting the Trauma Sales team across the Dayton territory to help drive revenue growth and achieve quota
Assisting with surgical case coverage and providing technical support in operating room environments
Managing demo inventory including setup, troubleshooting, and ensuring product availability
Delivering product education and in service training to surgeons and hospital staff
Transporting inventory between customer accounts to support clinical needs
Building foundational knowledge of Trauma Orthopaedics including internal and external fixation solutions
Developing strong relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and clinical teams
Participating in a 24 7 on call rotation with the wider sales team What will you need to be successful?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience or relevant clinical experience
Strong technical learning ability and interest in Trauma Orthopaedics
Ability to build relationships with surgeons and hospital personnel
Self motivated and results driven mindset with a desire to grow in medical device sales
Preferred experience in orthopedics or clinical roles such as EMT, Paramedic, Surgical Technician, Sterile Processing Technician, Operating Room Aide, or Athletic Trainer All field sales professionals who are required to gain entry into healthcare facilities to perform the basic remit of their role must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with the requirements of those facilities they support, which can include adherence to any established vaccine protocols.
