The Entry-Level Representative will:

Interact directly with customers in a professional retail environment. Learn AT&T products, smartphones, wireless services, and available options. Use Communication to understand customer needs and priorities. Explain products and services in a clear, easy-to-understand way. Build rapport and create productive customer conversations. Recommend solutions based on individual customer needs. Support sales goals through consistent customer engagement. Complete customer transactions and account responsibilities accurately. What We're Looking For Motivated to develop into a full-fledged manager. Strong Leadership potential and a willingness to learn. Comfortable working with customers and team members. Coachable, dependable, and willing to take on increasing responsibility. Interested in developing sales, coaching, and operational skills. Previous management experience is helpful but not required.
