We specialize in refurbished servers, enterprise hardware, and components used by businesses around the world. We're looking for someone who enjoys technology, likes helping people, and wants to turn their interest in hardware into a long-term career. If you've built your own gaming PC, spent hours comparing components online, or are the person friends ask for tech advice — you'll probably fit right in here. This is a fully onsite role in a fast-paced environment where you'll learn directly from experienced team members and gain real-world experience in technical sales and enterprise hardware. Key Responsibilities Help customers with pricing, availability, and product questions Create quotes and process customer orders Communicate with customers through email, phone, and Teams Work with shipping, production, and accounting teams to keep orders moving Assist with customer service issues and RMAs Learn server hardware and sales processes from senior team members Qualifications Interest in computer hardware, gaming PCs, servers, or IT Strong communication and people skills Organized and comfortable multitasking Motivated to learn and grow in a technical environment Basic familiarity with computer components or server hardware preferred Previous sales, customer service, or tech experience is a plus, but not required

Pay:

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
