Skills Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers. Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions. Proven ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining customer trust.
