Sales Representative

Position Summary USA Pumps 24 LLC is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Pump Sales Representative to drive sales growth and support customers in selecting the right pumping solutions. This role combines technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to serve industrial, municipal, and commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate pump systems and solutions Generate quotes, proposals, and follow up to close sales Work closely with service and repair teams to ensure customer satisfaction Conduct site visits, inspections, and product demonstrations Maintain knowledge of pump products, applications, and industry trends Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors as needed Track sales activities and manage pipeline through CRM Qualifications 2+ years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or pump sales (preferred) Strong understanding of pumps, fluid handling systems, or related equipment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally/regionally Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems Preferred Skills Experience with brands such as Grundfos, Gorman-Rupp, Wilden, etc. Mechanical aptitude or technical background B2B sales Experience Required Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings
