What You'll Work On Technical Expertise & Problem Solving:

Troubleshoots product performance issues; identifies root causes and supports resolution of technical problems related to on-market products.

Project Support :

Contributes to planning and execution of product support activities; provides input to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Compliance & Safety:

Participates in routine laboratory maintenance activities and ensures adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Documentation:

Accurately documents activities in accordance with established procedures and quality requirements.

Quality System:

Supports implementation and maintenance of the quality system to ensure continued compliance and effectiveness for on-market product support.

Continuous Improvement :

Recommends follow-up activities, testing, or process improvements to enhance product performance and reliability in the field.

Data Communication :

Prepares and presents findings, trends, and recommendations to cross-functional teams. Required Qualifications Bachelors in life or physical science, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. 2-4 year of related work experience.
