Join a dynamic Finance and Business Management team supporting the Chief Technology Office. In this Senior Associate role, you will help leaders turn strategy into measurable outcomes through clear financial and operational visibility. You will partner across finance, risk, and technology to strengthen governance, reporting, and decision-making. This role offers high impact and strong exposure to senior leaders and major firmwide initiatives. As a Senior Associate in Finance and Business Management within the Chief Technology Office, you will enable senior leaders with insights, metrics, and governance to execute strategic priorities. You will coordinate across finance, risk, and technology partners to drive clear operating rhythms, high-quality materials, and timely follow-through. You will contribute to expense discipline, budgeting and forecasting, and investment governance by ensuring accurate data, documentation, and reporting. You will help translate complex information into concise, senior-ready narratives that support decision-making. Job Responsibilities Support leadership in setting objectives, tracking progress, and maintaining operational metrics and reporting. Partner with finance, risk, and technology stakeholders to align priorities, prepare materials, and drive clear communication and follow-ups. Manage expense processes by reviewing business expenses and coordinating approvals in line with policy. Contribute to annual budgeting by supporting unit costing and cost-to-serve analysis with a focus on products and platforms. Enable transformation workstreams by supporting financial and portfolio management tools through requirements support, testing, and adoption tracking. Maintain headcount reporting and forecasting by monitoring open roles, attrition, and location mix, and reconciling variances across sources. Coordinate investment governance activities by assembling business case materials, tracking approvals, and maintaining logs and documentation. Prepare concise, accurate, action-oriented updates for senior management (dashboards, summaries, and leadership packs). Build partnerships across levels to support day-to-day business management deliverables and stakeholder needs. Deliver monthly routines (close, forecasting, and expense tracking) with strong data quality and on-time execution. Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: Bachelor's degree required with 4+years of relevant experience in Financial Services Experience supporting budgeting/forecasting, management reporting, expense management, or business management processes. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to build clear, accurate materials for leadership. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate analysis into an understandable business narrative. Comfort working with data (e.g., reconciling sources, summarizing trends, presenting key insights clearly).
