Your Path:

From Associate Trainee to Vice President Our LC Elite Program is a proven 2‑year management track designed to accelerate your professional development. After completing the foundational Associate Trainee phase, you'll have the opportunity to enter this elite track—advancing to Junior Associate, progressing into Wealth Management Associate, and ultimately positioning yourself to become a Vice President within the firm.

Requirements:

Four‑year degree preferred but not required Ability to obtain Life & Health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7 & 63 (sponsorship provided) Integrity, ambition, and a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to cultivate long‑term personal and professional relationships Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
