RESPONSIBILITIES
Sustain processes in a semiconductor fabrication facility
Reveiew and react to SPC control of thin film deposition processes and related equipment
Disposition manufacturing holds for the thin film area
Assist in the recovery of down equipment in the thin film area
Assisting the engineering team with the development of new thin film deposition processes and equipment evaluation
QUALIFICATIONS
HS Diploma/GED required and 1-2 years relevant work experience in semiconductor manufacturing
2yr degree in a technical field such as electronics is preferred
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes
Knowledge of fab metrology equipment, failure analysis techniques and process control techniques
Direct experience with semiconductor thin film deposition processes, characterization, and development are preferred
Good teaming, communication, cross functional problem solving are required
Proficiency expected in methodical experimentation techniques
Expertise in the use of JMP, Spotfire, or other data analytics software is preferred
Experience in the use of advanced process control and semiconductor tool fault detection is preferred
Experience in the use of AI or machine learning is a plus
Applicant will be a self-starter that can integrate diverse process and characterization data in root cause investigation of yield issues
Project management skills are a plus
Job function requires support of a manufacturing facility operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Position will demand large amounts of time working in a cleanroom environment
Some lifting and standing will be required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship by the Company.
