- The territory includes Colorado, Utah, Arizona, and Texas.

- Education and Experience
- + Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of a combination of technical and customer-facing experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or the life sciences industry.
Preferred Fields of Study:
Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's Degree plus 3 years or PhD plus 1 year. + Deep technical knowledge of the Cell Biology product portfolio and applications. + Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements. + Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. + Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts. + Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities. + Provide forecasting on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment to Account map, create growth strategies, and share gains. + Demonstrated project management and organizational skills. + Valid driver's license and ability to lift/move equipment as needed. + Proficiency in English required, additional languages valued for international roles. + Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. + Ability to analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and formulate an action-based plan to capitalize on the data. + Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training.Benefits:
