Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service by helping customers find personalized solutions. Demonstrate the latest technology, products, and services both in-store and through digital channels. Collaborate with team members to improve skills and achieve performance goals. Maintain high service standards to ensure a seamless customer experience. Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment. Follow company policies and procedures. Help create a productive and customer-focused workplace. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old. Must be authorized to work in the United States. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Reliable transportation required. This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications . Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission , providing additional earning potential based on individual performance. Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
