In this position, you will: Meet with homeowners to discuss pest control and mosquito treatment options Help customers understand service plans that fit their needs Build new customer relationships and maintain recurring accounts Participate in ongoing coaching, team trainings, and development sessions Each interaction helps you improve your confidence, communication skills, and earning potential.

EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH

Entry-Level Representatives:

$35,000•$60,000 during the first summer through performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission

Experienced Sales Reps:

$80,000•$120,000+ annually

Team Leaders and Partners:
