Our workplace culture is rooted in family values, hands-on problem-solving, and an entrepreneurial mindset that drives continuous improvement Job Summary Responsible for overseeing master data management, data governance, CRM processes and reporting.. This position provides analytical support through sales forecasting, demand planning, trend analysis, and customer insights to help drive informed business decisions and operational efficiency. What You Will Do Create and maintain Customer Master Data records, including but not limited to Address Book, Customer Hierarchies, Reports, and Price lists Comply with and monitor all Data Policies & Procedures for system Requests & Approvals for Master Data Domains, including but not limited to Master Data Creation, Maintenance and Activation/Deactivation. Analyze and troubleshoot Master Data Domain and system issues with/for Stakeholders, effectively communicating results to Stakeholders. Monitor activity associated with the Master Data records within owned Master Data Domain to determine integrity issues and volume analyses. And related duties Ideal Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (Similar Degree) or equivalent work experience ERP (3+ years of experience) with knowledge of Master Data Management Knowledge and expertise in Strong computer skills necessary (All Microsoft Office programs) with heavy focus on Excel SQI Querying from Database - joining multiple tables Prior experience working with ERP/CRM (integration experience is ideal) Specifically Sage 300 / Sales force Reporting and data visualization
