We specialize in TV mounting, surround sound, home theater setups, and smart home installations . We are growing and looking for an organized, customer-focused Appointment Setting Manager to help us book new jobs and grow our business. If you have customer service, scheduling, or sales experience , this is a great opportunity! We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential clients, generating interest in our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This position is ideal for individuals who possess strong communication skills and have a passion for technology sales. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with customers, we want to hear from you! Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to prospective clients to introduce our offerings. Effectively communicate the value of our products and services to generate interest. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments scheduled in our software system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and following up as necessary. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from appointment setting to closing sales. Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with potential clients. Experience Previous experience in outbound calling or inside sales is preferred. Familiarity with technical or technology sales is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Proficiency in using software tools for tracking calls and managing appointments. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to achieve results in a competitive environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
