Compensation begins at $15.00 per hour with rapid growth potential and pay increase based on experience and results. Plus, potential monthly commission (based on agency performance). About the Role Tuten Agency, LLC, is seeking a motivated part-time Telemarketer to support our Allstate agency. This role provides hands-on experience in an agent's office and offers insight into the operations of a successful Allstate agency. You will engage with customers in the community and promote Allstate products, including auto, home, and life insurance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals Make outbound calls to warm leads, referrals, and past customers to generate sales opportunities Use consultative questioning to identify customer needs Schedule appointments and/or transfer to an agent What We Offer Hourly pay plus commission/bonus Flexible work hours including part time Valuable sales experience Growth potential and advancement opportunities within the agency Qualifications Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Organized and self-motivated Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and timeliness Ability to work effectively in a team environment A Plus would be to have a big social media presence for marketing How to Apply If you are motivated to succeed and see yourself thriving in this role, please complete our application.
