About the Role Are you a people person with a competitive edge? We're hiring a Customer Acquisition Specialist to join our high-performing direct sales team. In this entry level sales role, you'll represent some of the most recognized brands in the telecom industry — connecting new customers with services that genuinely improve their lives. No prior experience in customer acquisition or sales is required — we provide full paid training from day one. Whether you've worked in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or you're just starting out, if you have the drive to grow and the hunger to win, we want to talk to you. Responsibilities Drive customer acquisition by engaging new prospects through sales outreach Represent leading telecom brands and educate customers on products, plans, and promotions Execute lead generation strategies to consistently build and grow your personal sales pipeline Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and smart strategy Participate in daily team training sessions to stay sharp on product knowledge and sales techniques Requirements Strong communication skills — you connect with people naturally and make them feel heard Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed expectations Comfortable working both independently in the field and as part of a close-knit team Background in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus — not required Positive attitude, coachable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
