In this in-office role, you will contact prospective customers to promote our home improvement products and services, generate qualified leads, and support overall sales growth. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our services and create interest. Clearly and confidently explain product features and benefits. Establish rapport with prospects through strong communication and customer service skills. Identify opportunities and help move leads through the sales process. Qualifications Minimum of two years of home improvement telemarketing or relevant sales experience. Strong verbal communication skills in English with the ability to confidently engage customers. Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Competitive pay offered, with higher compensation available for experienced candidates. Commission-based bonuses are available starting on day one.
