Job Description

Job Description A U.S. real estate brokerage (mobile home parks & RV parks) is hiring a remote Outbound Cold Caller + Appointment Setter to reach park owners, qualify them, and book appointments for our team. Phone-first role — most of your day is on outbound calls.

This is a U.S.

shift:

8:00 AM-2:00 PM Pacific Time, which is about 5:00 PM-11:00 PM Cairo time. Please only apply if you can reliably work these evening/night hours.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Make outbound cold calls to U.S. park owners using our script Qualify interest and book appointments for our broker Build and skip-trace prospect lists; keep data clean in a CRM (HubSpot) PAY $7-$9/hour (about $1,000+/month) + bonus per qualified appointment Paid trial before any long-term commitment Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years

OUTBOUND

cold calling / appointment setting (sales, not inbound support) Native or fully fluent English with a clear, neutral accent — this is a U.S. phone role CRM, dialer, and spreadsheet experience Reliable computer, noise-cancelling headset, strong internet + a backup connection Quiet, dedicated workspace Able to work 8 AM-2 PM Pacific (≈ 5 PM-11 PM Cairo)
