We hold one of the most solid reputations in the industry, and we want someone who actually wants to do right by their clients while building a massive income.
The industry has changed:
most "closers" in our space today are just glorified order-takers. We are looking for a true precious metals sales professional.
What You Will Be Doing:
Manage High-Volume TO Flow :
Handle incoming daily Turn-Overs from our 20+ member opening desk.
Deep Prospecting :
Actually work the prospect—no 5-minute rush jobs or burnt leads. Follow a
Proven System:
Be coachable and execute our framework. Don't assume your old way is the only way. Connect on
Current Events:
Build real trust over the phone by intelligently discussing macro economics, news, and market shifts.
Full-Cycle Execution:
Guide clients through the complete process (including IRAs) without throwing unfinished calls into the back office.
Who We Are Looking For:
Real Closing Experience:
You've placed trades, understand Shipping & Transaction Agreements, and know how to close using visuals.
Coachability & Drive:
We care more about your discipline, process, and work ethic than your ego.
Zero Order-Takers:
If you are just a glorified opener, please don't waste your time or ours.
Responsible:
Can show-up daily on time to our LA office in Westwood
•near UCLA.
