The role involves making outbound calls to retail stores, generating orders, following up on promotions, and building strong customer relationships. This position offers excellent growth opportunities for individuals looking to build a career in sales and distribution. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers.
- Generate and book orders for company products.
- Inform customers about new products, promotions, and special schemes.
- Follow up on pending orders and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and customer interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and buyers.
- Achieve monthly sales and order booking targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Requirements
Age:
25-35 yearsQualification:
High School Diploma or equivalentLanguages:
Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and order entry systems).
- Prior telesales, customer service, or FMCG sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
