We partner with school districts, COEs, state agencies, and families to strengthen instruction, services, staffing, compliance, and operations. Our work focuses on delivering high-quality, sustainable special education programs that improve outcomes for students with disabilities by meeting IEP needs and building capacity across educator teams.
Description Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Telemarketer with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments.

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
What You'll Do:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities. Present and promote company services to potential clients. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing. Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline. Build and maintain strong client relationships. Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
What You Bring:
Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience. Proven success selling services in a B2B and/or B2C environment. Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales. Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Excellent follow-through and time management skills. Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is preferred.
Preferred Skills:
Strong closing and objection-handling abilities. Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools. Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas. Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume sales environment. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay proactive. Reliability and a strong sense of ownership over assigned responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements:
Must be legally eligible to work in United States. High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Word, Excel. Salary $20 - $30 per hour
