Job Description Sales Development Rep — US Outbound Calling (Remote, Base Pay, Commission + Residual) We're a US-based shipping cost savings company looking for an experienced outbound caller to join our small team.
Your job is simple:
call small business owners in the US, qualify them, and book discovery calls for our senior reps. This is a commission-based role with ongoing residuals. When a client you bring in stays with us — and most do — you keep earning every month. Reps who are consistent build a real recurring income over time. You need to have done this before. We're looking for someone who has made cold calls to US businesses, is comfortable talking to owners and decision makers, and doesn't need to be managed every hour.
You should apply if you:
Have outbound B2B cold calling experience, preferably to US businesses Are comfortable making 40+ calls per day Have used a CRM before (we use HubSpot) Are available during US business hours Have strong spoken and written English with minimal to no accent To apply: Send a brief note about your cold calling experience, and include a 60-second voice recording introducing yourself as if you're calling a US business owner on our behalf.
