Job Description
The AT&T Client Representative role offers an opportunity to build a professional career in customer engagement and sales while representing a leading telecommunications provider, AT&T. As a global leader in wireless, broadband, and connectivity solutions, AT&T provides services to millions of consumers and businesses nationwide. The AT&T Client Representative will engage directly with potential customers in a face-to-face environment, present AT&T service offerings, and complete new sales enrollments with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. The AT&T Client Representative is responsible for representing AT&T products and services through in-person interactions. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to drive sales through consultative conversations. AT&T Client Representative Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers as an AT&T Client Representative Conduct face-to-face presentations of AT&T wireless, internet, and bundled services Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions through effective sales techniques Complete new customer enrollments and process sales transactions accurately Maintain a strong understanding of AT&T products, promotions, and offerings Build and maintain positive relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Represent AT&T with professionalism and integrity in all interactions AT&T Client Representative Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and within a team environment Interest in developing a long-term career in sales Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred but not required Reliable transportation What We Offer our AT&T Client Representative's Structured training focused on sales, communication, and AT&T product knowledge Opportunities for advancement into leadership and management roles Performance-based compensation with incentives tied to sales results Supportive, team-oriented work environment
