Job Overview We are seeking an
EXPERIENCED
energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with potential customers in their neighborhoods to introduce our products and services. Your enthusiasm and persuasive communication skills will drive new business opportunities, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to our growth. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales expertise while making a tangible impact in your community. The perfect candidate should have some experience or knowledge in water treatment systems. This is a commission based position which can lead to a larger role of Sales Manager. Responsibilities Conduct outbound and warm calling campaigns to generate interest and set appointments with prospective customers. Approach potential clients door-to-door with confidence, presenting product benefits clearly and engagingly. Negotiate terms and close sales by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities efficiently. Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market research. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and enhance brand visibility within target neighborhoods. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, especially in B2B (business-to-business) or inside sales environments. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential customers effectively. Experience with telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product value propositions. Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus; a keen interest in business development is essential. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude in face-to-face interactions.
