This position focuses on delivering positive customer experiences while also contributing to team sales goals. As an AT&T Representative, you will connect with customers, introduce them to new wireless products and services, and guide them through available options. While the role includes elements of sales, the primary focus is building strong customer relationships and ensuring every customer interaction is informative, engaging, and helpful.
