Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent for a contract/temporary opportunity in Clearwater, FL. This role is ideal for a licensed insurance sales professional who enjoys helping individuals compare health insurance options, identify the right plan for their needs, and complete enrollments in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Telesales Agent, you will primarily handle inbound calls from prospective and current customers, with some outbound follow-up to close sales and support marketing campaigns. This opportunity offers a professional, goal-oriented environment where training, compliance, teamwork, and customer-focused selling are key to success. Candidates who are self-directed, personable, and driven to exceed sales goals will have the opportunity to build valuable experience in health insurance telesales. Key Responsibilities
- Present and explain recommended health insurance product solutions, including plan benefits, features, services, and processes.
- Generate sales through qualified inbound calls and outbound follow-up opportunities based on campaign and client expectations.
- Identify customer needs, overcome buying obstacles, and help customers select appropriate health coverage solutions.
- Cross-sell prospects on available product offerings while delivering a knowledgeable and professional customer experience.
- Follow compliant sales scripts, document customer interactions, and complete required application paperwork accurately.
- Research and resolve customer issues, disputes, and questions within established guidelines while supporting first-call resolution. Compensation and Benefits
