Problem-solving Telemarketing Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Conduct warm calling to existing and potential customers to build relationships and promote products or services
• Assist with business development efforts by identifying new leads and opportunities
• Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
