[Miramar, FL] Are you a high-energy phone powerhouse who knows how to work a CRM, build instant rapport, and drive foot traffic? We operate a fast-paced, high-volume used vehicle dealership with our own in-house financing (Buy Here Pay Here) —meaning we have the approvals, the inventory, and the competitive advantage to close deals that other stores turn away.

We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated BDC Specialist who doesn't wait for leads to land in their lap, takes full ownership of their pipeline, and excels at getting customers off the phone and onto our lot.

What You'll Do Drive Foot Traffic:

Execute 80-100+ outbound and inbound communications daily (calls, texts, emails) to set firm sales appointments. Capitalize on

In-House Financing:

Leverage our unique ability to approve buyers directly to convert cold, warm, and lost prospects into store visits. Manage the

CRM Pipeline:

Methodically follow up with internet leads, fresh inquiries, unsold prospects, and former customers.

Overcome Objections:

Confidently handle phone price shoppers, credit concerns, and hesitation with sharp communication skills. Partner with

Sales:

Work directly with management and floor sales reps to ensure seamless customer handoffs upon arrival.

What We're Looking For Experience:

1+ years of automotive BDC, call center, or outbound phone sales experience (Dealership/BHPH experience preferred).

Drive & Initiative:

Self-directed, competitive, and motivated by high commission potential.

Phone Mastery:

Exceptional verbal communication, strong active listening, and a assertive yet welcoming phone presence.

Tech-Savvy:

Comfortable navigating dealership CRMs, lead management systems, and multi-line phone systems.

Reliability:
