Responsibilities Conduct outbound and warm calling to identify and engage prospective customers within assigned neighborhoods. Present and demonstrate our products or services confidently, highlighting their benefits to potential clients. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage follow-up activities. Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach, marketing campaigns, and community engagement. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's brand standards during all interactions. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet sales targets and improve outreach strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, especially B2B (business-to-business) or telemarketing roles, is preferred but not required. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence potential customers. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships. Knowledge of technology or technical sales is a plus, along with experience in inside sales or outbound calling. Customer service-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients find solutions that meet their needs. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
