Every call you receive comes from a business owner who has already requested information about our services. There is no cold calling, prospecting, or door to door sales. What You'll Do Answer inbound calls from business owners interested in our services. Build rapport and identify each customer's needs. Present our products and services with confidence. Handle objections and recommend the best solution. Process customer information accurately within our CRM. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions. Consistently meet individual performance goals. What We're Looking For Strong communication and phone skills. Professional, positive, and dependable attitude. Comfortable overcoming objections and asking for the sale. Self motivated and goal oriented. Basic computer and CRM skills. Previous phone sales or inside sales experience is preferred but not required.
