Meet with current and potential customers within an assigned territory, to promote products and services that meet their individual needs, assisting throughout the sales process Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers by actively listening and offering top-tier customer service Consistently able to meet and exceed sales goals set for the Customer Engagement Representatives Address customers' inquiries and concerns with professionalism, and offer personalized solutions, ensuring their satisfaction Work directly with the sales team and other Customer Engagement Representatives to ensure a seamless customer enrollment process, refine sales strategies, and build customer loyalty Keep detailed records of all sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor the company's growth Stay up to date on all products, promotions, and services to effectively assist customers in the best solutions for their needs Qualifications of the
