Real Estate Cold Caller - US Market (Atlanta, GA) | Remote, Full-Time About Us We're a Georgia-based real estate brokerage sourcing residential listing opportunities across the Atlanta metro market. We're expanding our outbound team and looking for sharp, motivated cold callers to connect us with homeowners interested in selling. Role Overview You'll make high-volume outbound calls to homeowners in the Atlanta area, qualify their motivation to sell, and set listing appointments for our licensed agents. This is a KPI-driven role with strong earning potential for top performers. Responsibilities Make 200+ outbound dials per shift using our power dialer Follow a proven script while building genuine rapport with homeowners Qualify sellers on motivation, timeline, property condition, and price expectations Log dispositions, notes, and follow-up tasks in our CRM (REISift / Podio / similar) Set qualified listing appointments and warm-transfer hot leads to our agents Hit weekly KPIs for dials, live conversations, and appointments booked Requirements C1+ English fluency with a neutral or near-neutral accent (voice sample required) 1+ years of cold calling experience, US real estate strongly preferred Familiarity with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, Smarter Contact, etc.) and CRMs Confident handling objections and staying on script under pressure Reliable wired internet (25+ Mbps), USB headset, and a quiet work environment Available to work US Eastern Time business hours — roughly 4 PM-1 AM Cairo time Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated Nice to Have Prior experience calling expired listings, FSBOs, or absentee owner lists Background in US-based sales (insurance, solar, mortgage, etc.) Job Requirements C1+ English fluency with a neutral or near-neutral accent (voice sample required) 1+ years of cold calling experience, US real estate strongly preferred Familiarity with dialers (Mojo, BatchDialer, CallTools, Smarter Contact, etc.) and CRMs Confident handling objections and staying on script under pressure Reliable wired internet (25+ Mbps), USB headset, and a quiet work environment Available to work US Eastern Time business hours — roughly 4 PM-1 AM Cairo time Resilient, coachable, and self-motivated
