B2B Outbound Sales Representative - Telecommunications UpgradesPosition Summary The B2B Outbound Sales Representative is responsible for proactively contacting business customers to identify opportunities for wireless, internet, and telecommunications service upgrades. Using a consultative sales approach, the representative will assess customer needs, recommend solutions, and drive revenue growth through outbound sales activities while delivering a professional customer experience. Essential Functions Conduct outbound sales calls to existing and prospective business customers. Identify opportunities to upgrade wireless, internet, voice, and bundled telecommunications services. Build relationships with business owners, managers, and decision-makers. Assess customer needs and recommend products and services that align with business objectives. Present product features, pricing, promotions, and upgrade opportunities in a professional and persuasive manner. Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value of proposed solutions. Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and account updates in company systems. Process sales transactions and service upgrades in accordance with company and client requirements. Meet or exceed established sales, quality, productivity, and compliance goals. Participate in required training, coaching, and development activities. Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable laws and regulations. Regular and reliable attendance, including adherence to scheduled work hours, is an essential function of this position. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and influence business decision-makers. Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced sales environment. Ability to learn and effectively communicate product and service information. Ability to maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information. Preferred Qualifications Previous B2B sales experience. Telecommunications, wireless, internet, or technology sales experience. Contact center, inside sales, or outbound sales experience. Experience using CRM or sales management software. Performance Expectations Meet or exceed individual sales goals. Maintain required quality assurance standards. Achieve productivity and call activity expectations. Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities. Adhere to attendance and schedule requirements. Work Environment This position is primarily performed in an office or remote contact center environment. Employees regularly use computers, telephones, headsets, and other standard office equipment.
