Salary Range:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Retirement Plan Requirements Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency. Create relationships from a cold start. Be a fantastic presenter. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Confident, self-starter who works well independently. Responsibilities Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products. Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information. Maintain knowledge of new products and services. Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources. Generating insurance quotes. Be outstanding at relationship building. Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities. Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
