We're looking for a highly motivated Telemarketer / Lead Coordinator who thrives on hitting goals, talking to people, and helping keep our sales team busy. This is not a passive office position. Success in this role is measured by leads generated, appointments scheduled, and opportunities created for our sales team. Position Overview The Telemarketer / Lead Coordinator is responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into scheduled appointments. You'll be the first point of contact for many homeowners and play a critical role in driving company growth. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, comfortable on the phone, and able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining excellent customer service. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Management Respond to inbound leads immediately Call website leads, Facebook leads, Angi leads, and other marketing leads Follow up with unsold estimates Reactivate old leads and past prospects Maintain fast response times on all incoming inquiries Log all activity in the CRM Appointment Setting Qualify potential customers Schedule estimates for sales representatives Keep sales representatives' calendars full Coordinate scheduling changes and updates Maintain accurate appointment records Communication Answer incoming estimate calls Return missed calls promptly Respond to text messages and social media inquiries Maintain professional communication with homeowners CRM & Administrative Tasks Keep lead boards organized Audit marketing leads and pipeline activity Track lead quality and report issues Maintain accurate customer records Assist with additional office tasks as assigned Qualifications Required Strong phone and communication skills Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Reliable and self-motivated Organized and detail-oriented Basic computer skills Ability to multitask and work independently Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Telemarketing experience Appointment setting experience Sales experience CRM experience Construction or home improvement industry experience Compensation Competitive base pay Performance bonuses available Additional compensation based on SOLD leads you schedule Growth opportunities within the company Who Will Excel In This Role?
