Job Overview We are seeking a confident, energetic, and results-driven professional to join our team as an Outbound Telemarketer. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on conversation, enjoys connecting with people, and is motivated by performance-based pay. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing our services, and setting qualified appointments for our licensed sales team. This is not a passive role. You will be on the phone daily, generating opportunities and driving results. Compensation Hourly Base Pay Commission for appointments set and qualified Performance Bonuses Expected earnings will vary based on activity and results. High performers will earn significantly more.

Salary Range:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Hourly Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Evenings Off Requirements Confident and professional phone presence Comfortable making 80-150 outbound calls per day Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Resilient mindset — able to handle rejection and stay positive Goal-oriented with a competitive drive Strong work ethic and consistent attendance Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, CRM systems) Ability to accurately document call notes and outcomes Self-motivated and able to work independently High level of professionalism and integrity Preferred (Not Required) Prior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience Experience with outbound dialing systems Familiarity with CRM software This position does not require a license. However, candidates interested in advancing into a sales role must be willing and able to obtain a Property & Casualty license as well as a Life & Health license.
