Job Description
Long Home is seeking Appointment Setters to join our team. We are an award-winning, locally-owned specialty home remodeling company with a trusted name since 1945. Position Description The Appointment Setter position consists of using techniques on prospects and persuading potential and existing customers to purchase our array of products. Utilize sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals; Persuade potential customers to purchase a product(s). Our lead tracking database converts appointments to our Product Specialists immediately. The candidate must be confident in their communication skills and their ability to close the sale! Starting at $16 hourly, and up to $28 per hour with bonuses from set appointments! Position Qualifications At least 6 months of outbound calling, telesales, telemarketing sales experience required Home Improvement sales experience a plus Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new software and computer programs quickly Excellent multi-tasking skills Clear communication skills Comfortable making judgment calls and important decisions All candidates hired must pass a background check and drug test This is a full-time position and includes the following benefits: Starting at $18 hourly, and includes bonuses from set appointments!
