Salary Range:

$40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Requirements Previous telemarketing or sales experience. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to overcome objections and persuade potential clients. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. Responsibilities Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Tiffany Apsitis State Farm products and services. Schedule appointments for licensed agents to follow up with qualified leads. Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance and financial services. Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and appointments in the CRM system. Achieve daily and weekly calling goals to support the sales team's objectives.
