Our Customer Representative team is dedicated to increasing product awareness, driving customer acquisition, and delivering high-quality service that creates long-term value. We are currently seeking an Customer Representative to join our team, focusing on gutter protection solutions. In this Customer Representative role, you will work directly with customers to educate them on the benefits of professionally installed, clog-free gutter systems. Our Customer Representatives help customers find solutions that prevent costly home damage while improving the overall functionality and longevity of their property. Customer Representative Responsibilities:
Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers by providing knowledgeable guidance on gutter protection systems Educate customers on the long-term benefits of gutter protection, including home preservation and reduced maintenance Manage a designated territory to increase product awareness and generate new customer opportunities Support the sales team with customer consultations, product demonstrations, and enrollment processes Conduct outreach efforts to connect with homeowners and expand market reach Listen to customer needs and recommend the best gutter protection solutions for their home Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and valuable insights Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to continuously improve sales performance
Customer Representative Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or similar role is a plus, but not required Self-motivated and goal-driven with a strong interest in sales Excellent communication skills with the ability to confidently engage with homeowners Team-oriented with the ability to also work independently Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Pay:
$800.00
