Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers by visiting neighborhoods and businesses to promote our roofing services directly. Your enthusiasm, excellent communication skills, and ability to build rapport will drive sales growth and expand our customer base. All roles are commissions base including internship opportunities. Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our roofing services to prospective clients in assigned neighborhoods or territories Identify customer needs through engaging conversations and tailor your pitch accordingly to maximize sales opportunities Demonstrate product features, answer questions, and provide clear explanations to ensure customer understanding and satisfaction Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales effectively while maintaining a positive customer experience Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to record interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress Follow up with potential clients via warm calling or outbound calling strategies to nurture leads and secure appointments Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach campaigns and enhance brand awareness in local communities Skills Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer decisions confidently Experience in B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer) sales environments, especially in technology or service sectors Proficiency in telemarketing, outbound calling, and warm calling techniques to generate leads and close deals Knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits Customer service orientation with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships Business development skills to identify new market opportunities and expand territory reach Ability to work independently while staying motivated and goal-oriented in a fast-paced setting Join us as a Door-to-Door Sales Representative if you're passionate about connecting with people, driven by results, and eager to grow your career in sales!
