Job Description

Automotive BDC Representative (High-Volume, High-Performance Role)
Location:
On-Site Schedule:
Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Availability Required:
Saturdays + rotating Sundays (2nd/3rd) Who This Role Is For If you like staying busy, talking to people, and being measured on results, you'll do very well here. If you need slow days, low call volume, or constant direction, this is not the role for you. What You'll Be Doing This is a high activity, customer-facing role where consistency and follow-through matter. Handle 75+ inbound and outbound calls daily Set and confirm qualified sales appointments Respond quickly to internet leads, texts, and customer inquiries Log every interaction accurately in CRM (non-negotiable) Follow structured processes while still sounding human and engaging Work closely with the sales team to ensure appointments show and convert What Success Looks Like High outbound activity and fast response times Strong appointment-setting performance Clean, consistent CRM usage Positive customer interactions that lead to showroom traffic What We're Looking For Strong communicator who can control a conversation without sounding scripted Comfortable with high call volume and fast pace Background in phone sales, BDC, hospitality, or customer service preferred Coachable, accountable, and competitive Shows up with energy every day, not just when it's convenient Why Join Us Stable income + performance upside Clear path into sales, management, or leadership roles Structured environment with support and accountability Team culture that values effort, consistency, and results The Environment This is not a "sit back and wait" job.
