Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, managing inbound and outbound communications to generate sales opportunities. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will drive customer engagement and support our dealership's growth. Duties Handle inbound customer communications and effectively schedule appointments. Respond to internet leads through our CRM and communication platforms. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve customer engagement, follow-up, appointment setting, and lead conversion. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within our dealership systems. Conduct timely follow-up with prospective customers. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in all communications. Work closely with management to develop new strategies that improve performance and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous BDC, automotive sales, customer service, call center, or appointment-setting experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to succeed. Professional appearance and demeanor. Comfortable learning and utilizing AI technology and modern communication tools to enhance customer interactions. Why Manhattan CDJRF?
